W210 6.0 Swap M113 V8 From Dream to Reality?

    Also, please don’t tell that you’d better swap this or that and e.t.c…

    1 year ago I started thinking to swap my car.
    W210 E430. Of course the aim is to put M113 again in it, but with more displacement. 5.5 was my favorite, but there is very good chance to pick M113 6.0 Carlsson and I can’t sleep at night thinking about it.

    Car: W215 M113 Carlsson. 405 HP, 600NM. For sale is complete kit, Engine, Gearbox, ECU/TCU and e.t.c. So called swap kit.

    I want to know a little more about swapping. Friends, who have experience in it, can you tell what will be main issues here? Fitting, additional parts and so on…

    Brakes, Suspension, Exhaust, Intake, I don’t mind. All these were already upgraded on my 210.

    I can buy that kit right now, but I can’t risk alone. Maybe you can help a little.

    Don’t know what you mean. As I know these are ecus? Can you clarify.

    Fab, I have some additional variants here in Georgia for a very good price. Max 2500$.

    AMG Engines from 203/209 55 Also 163 ML55, older stuff from 210/208 113.980 is hard to find without big millage.

    Which N/A M113 5.5 is most perfect for E430 to swap?

  • Regarding your Datacard from your introductionthread you have ME2.8 in your car. W210 had ME2.8 from Modelyear 2001 and newer - which is good.

    Question is - what has the Donor Mashine? What ECU? Do you have a Picture of the ECU? if it is not ME2.8 you cant use it in your car.

    TCU? Is it EGS51? Or is it EGS52?

    Transmission? What Code does the Transmission have?
