Mercedes StarParts vs Genuine (What's the difference?)

Hello Friends.

Can anyone share the experience what's the difference between Mercedes StarParts vs Genuine Parts?

For example, i am searching for the original spark plugs for my E430. There are two options:

A003159940390 - From the StarParts line. Cost about 9 Euro 1 item.

A0031599403 - From Geniune line. Cost about 12 Euro 1 item.

So, the main question is what's the main difference? Both of them are genuine parts, with MB logos on it. (Bothe are made in JAPAN, by NGK).

Wow, i think this is a very good offer from MB. To offer a better prices on the original parts for some old and young timer cars. For example in USA these Spark plugs under the StarParts line cost even cheaper compared to German Prices. Very attractive...
