Zerleg nochmal alles und bau es akribisch so zusammen wie in meinen Bildern ... die oben von der EHS sind von mir und ich hab sie genau deshalb gemacht - falls einem ein Schieber wegrollt damit man weiß wie er reingehört und wie die Feder wohin gehört. Das stimm 100%
Kugellayout ist ähnlich zur TCT EHS aber nicht 100% gleich, daher hier noch die Bilder für die MCT EHS.

Sorry for digging up an old thread. I’m currently working on cleaning and rebuilding the EHS valve body on my W204 C63 MCT.
I really appreciate these pictures—they’ve made it possible for me to correctly install the check balls and the other components.
Would it be possible for you to share the diagram or technical drawing file for this valve body? I’m especially concerned about those cylindrical components, as I don’t feel comfortable installing them without a proper diagram. 😢😣
